10/10 stay, think it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed so far, service was immaculate, staff was very friendly, restaurant was spot on and lots of dishes to choose from. Would definitely come back to the same hotel next time I'm in Kochi!

Staff were the best aspect of this hotel. Each and everyone from F&B to front desk, door men to the shuttle car drivers everybody was super helpful and friendly. In terms of the room slightly on the smaller size and not as much storage space as we would like (not enough to have 2 large suitcases set up). Cleaning was satisfactory but not great shower door doesn’t look like it gets cleaned and both mirrors had smudges that remained there for my full 3 day visit. As I said overall a good stay but room for improvement around cleaning aspects.

The pool was nice. Staff and room were great. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. Quick shuttle ride to the airport.
