Pleasant

The villa is close to Nassfeld, the apartment is nice and cozy. You get dedicated storage for your ski equipment and a sauna.

The sound insulation is practically non existent and I could hear everything some other guests in an adjacent apartment were doing and saying.

Great accommodation for holiday on skis.

Nice and clean accommodation build in a bit minimalistic way, but well furnished though. Having sauna available directly in the house was great.

We had to pay deposit that we knew about in advance, no issue with that. However the landlord seemed to be a bit distrustful when checking e.g. kitchen equipment for missing items. I was feeling like being a suspect of a crime. It was a bit embarrassing. Maybe a bad previous experience and the fact we were group of six men on a sporting vacation might explain the situation.

Exceptional

Well positioned house, above See, above B111 so one could enjoy beautiful scenery not distracted by anything. Perfectly clean, well equipped flat , warm and "feel like home" place. We were there for 3 skiing days. Ank and Rob are great people, always available, communication with them easy, guidance to reach house nice and clear

Great stay with amazing hosts! Perfect for a skiing trip.

Ank and Rob are amazing hosts! The apartment was super comfortable, even for a group of 8 adults. The living room is very spacious, great for hanging out and playing games, with a beautiful view. The house has all the amenities for skiers, including a heated rack for ski boots!

There is a 20min ride to the Nassfeld ski slopes, which is ok, but maybe not perfect.

Nette Unterkunft mit großem Komfort

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und heimelig eingerichtet. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Geschoße sind leider nicht sehr gut isoliert, weshalb man nachts lieber ruhig sein sollte, ansonsten hört einen das gesamte Haus.
