We hadden het appartement op de zolderverdieping, die was lekker ruim en alles was aanwezig. Uitzicht vanaf de woonkamer/balkon op de bergen. Erg fijne locatie ten opzichte verschillende uitstapjes en preseggersee op loopafstand. Vriendelijke (nieuwe) eigenaren.
Het was niet heel schoon, vooral de de doucheruimte was vies (zie foto’s). Er zaten kuilen in het matras, dat was echt aan vervanging toe. Het speeltoestel waarvan specifiek een foto bij de advertentie staat (en deels reden waarom we voor dit appartement hadden gekozen) bleek er niet meer te zijn, er was wel een trampoline en een groot grasveld.

Posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal lago con tranquilla passeggiata (si attraversa un sottopasso che passa sotto la strada principale). Bel terrazzo panoramico e giardino, arredamento moderno e funzionale, bagno comodo, cucina attrezzata di tutto compresa macchinetta per il caffè a capsule e lavastoviglie
La strada statale abbastanza vicina alla casa, comunque il passaggio delle auto non dà fastidio una volta all'interno dell'appartamento

Compleet apartement. Aardig ontvangst. Mooie rustige locatie. En de gratis +card Holiday waarmee je Nassfeld skigebied in kan tijdens de zomer.
Wifi dekking kan beter.

The villa is close to Nassfeld, the apartment is nice and cozy. You get dedicated storage for your ski equipment and a sauna.
The sound insulation is practically non existent and I could hear everything some other guests in an adjacent apartment were doing and saying.
