we stayed here multiple times - nice accommodation, very good equipped (as always), Spa entrance in Hermagor EuroParcs included

current accommodation does not have parking lot next to the bungalow, it was 'few more' meters from it :) - but, no big deal

Everything is new, very good style. Cabins were really nice

The fact that you have to pay additionally to get towels, bedsheets, and even paying additionally to get your bed prepared.

Good location and nice cottages, but extra charges for basic amenities.

We really liked the location. The accommodation consists of lovely, relatively new cottages, each with its own private parking space. The area is quiet and pleasant, yet very convenient. By car, it is close to many supermarkets.

The only downside was that the house did not provide any basic toiletries, such as shower gel or soap, which meant we had to go to a supermarket immediately after arrival. Towels are not included and must be brought by guests or paid for separately. Bed linen is also available at an additional cost.

Fantastic in every way

Check in was extremely efficient and friendly. I would like to say how lovely Antoinetta was. The chalet was smart, very clean and well equipped. The whole site was very well maintained with lovely banks of wild flowers. The children loved the swimming pool. The Plus card included with our stay gave access to many activities for free and also the Millenium express bubble. The strandbad at Schluga about 5 mins walk away was a beautiful place, free access with the campsite wrist bands. All in all we had a fantastic multi-generational holiday. Many thanks to Europarcs.

Nice place but bad feeling will remain.

All new houses with nice surrounding.

I gave only 5 because I had unpleasant situation. In one bathroom stank really badly. Only on the last day service team has fix the problem. Later the Stench was in the whole house. That's how we spend the New Year time. I hope nobody of you will get some of the house with such problem.

Modern, well-equipped apartment in a nice, calm area. I recommend it!

Nice, modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and small, still functional bedrooms. Calm and warm atmosphere, close to the mountains and ski slopes. There is a wellness center (included in the price) and a nice Italian restaurant.

I miss a microwave oven, but that’s all.

Great stay in the ski season

The bungalow was super organized and the kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was new. The view from the terrace was nice. Despite low outdoor temperatures, heating was great. Great gym - we used it every day. Quiet location.

Pillows were too soft. No other options. Extra fee for linens and towels. Spa that does not work during winters. Not convenient to go to the other location after the whole day of skiing. Street in front of our bugalow was icy - more salt needed.

Beautiful new complex of modern vacation houses

Completely new and very modern. Close to the main road, but completely secluded, you have the feeling that you are much further away in the woods. The apartment is very well designed and very convenient with big kitchen and dining table, comfortable living room part, 3 small but cozy rooms, and two toilets (one with walk in shower). We went during the ski season. Apartment can become ridiculously hot, due to a number of heating options (radiators, ceiling plates, floor heating). Kitchen very well equipped. The staff was very friendly, you can buy ski passes directly there. Would definitely recommend, and hope to come back again.

Not much negative to say, since practically everything was excellent. If I should name something that could make our stay better: - the kitchen doesn't have an oven - when we came it was completely cold, could be preheated a bit - we had only bed linen for 5 people, but there were 6 of us (normally registered). It wasn't an issue for the first night, next they the staff was very kind and handed out the 6th set of linen+towels - most of the houses were empty when we visited. However, if we came during the peak season and everything was full, it would probably feel too crowded, because the houses are a bit too close and packed.

These cabins are like brand new and have everything what you need and more.

The location is remote… quite a distance for skiing, however it’s close to the lake and not bad overall.

Cosy with a view

The interieur of our cabin was amazingly cosy and the view of the park really set the movie ambiance. It was very clean and the staff was super nice! The environment was also perfect for hiking and or long walks.

This has more to do with our lack of planning, haha. So 1. we initially thought the pool/spa would be near the cabin but we had to drive there, which wasn't very convenient cuz we were 5 people with different plans sharing 1 car. Also 2. we didn't know almost everything is closed this time a year (beginning of November)

Wonderful location! The Edelweiss house is perfect for 2!

Loved the house! It was peaceful, great location and the house had everything we needed. Especially the porch on the front was great for relaxing evenings. The service was good.

There were not a lot of restaurant options around - however, we had our own kitchen so we could also do some cooking ourselves.

Chata je velmi pěkně a moderně zařízená. Kuchyně dostatečně vybavena pro rodinné vaření i posezení s přáteli. Pohodlné matrace. Pokojíky jsou malé, ale efektivně zařízené skříní na oblečení. Nejvíce úložného prostoru je v ložnici. V každém pokoji radiátory, v koupelně a na WC žebřík, což se osvědčilo při sušení věcí z lyžování. Možnost si objednat čerstvé pečivo ráno k vyzvednutí. Areál má výhodnější prodej skipasů.

Toaletní papír jen 2 role pro 6 lidí na 5 dní. Do myčky jen 2 tablety - chce si to přivézt vlastní, Na recepci jsou ale k dokoupení.
