Good location, bright large apartment, good value for money for families. Staff could be more helpful and at the disposa

Spacious apartment with good location 100 meters from the slope

Staff was not willing to help and answer questions we had, moreover they answered in not respectful way Check in is in the main building while accommodation is few kilometers far away.

great place, once all our luggage, skis and food were in the apartment.

apartment was clean, comfortable and in good order

having to walk over 100 meters uphill on a slippery road with our bags(3 trips) to get to the apartment. not having a ski boot dryer available. the resort NEEDS TO HAVE transportation to the apartments when guests first arrive and upon departure, especially in winter when the road is covered with snow and ice. I won’t come back just for that reason.

Perfect location, beautiful accomodation

Perfect apartment at perfect location. The closest ski track was right next to our building, literally we could jump on the track from our balcony. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The two bedrooms, private sauna and WC/bathroom was downstairs, the living room, kitchen, extra bathroom with toilet was upstairs. From the balcony there is a stunning view to the tracks and the hill itself. We will definitely come back here!

Wifi was slow. The bed and the pillows were a bit soft to my taste. There is no supermarket in Nassfeld (it has nothing to do with the accommodation), also, the only restaurant in walking distance is the hotel restaurant. For anything else you have to drive.

the location is amazing, the ski piste literally goes through the resort so that is very comfortable. the chalet is spacious ideal for 4 people.

the staff was not very nice. we arrived with dogs which we indicated in advance. all the neighboring chalets had dogs too but the reception sent only us a strongly worded email about not cleaning up after our dogs which we always did. i did not appreciate being accused right away since there were people staying with dogs all over the resort.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Top Appartement in super Lage

Perfekte Lage, sehr sauber!

Matratzen etwas härter als gewöhnlich in Hotels. Wir haben eine extreme Woche erwischt, trotzdem muss ich anmerken dass der Weg bzw die Straße immer wieder sehr glatt war. Schneeräumung war top, aber die Glätte war gefährlich.

Priestory pekne velke pohodlne.

Kratke poschodove postele, vhodne len pre nizkych ludi. Nedostatocna cistota , prachove chumace v rohoch na podlahe. Zisteny pohyb cudzej osoby pocas nasej nepritomnosti. Velmi vylezana a vysedena pohovka v obyvacke.

Dobra opcija za vikend

Jako lijepo uređeno i uredno. Osoblje je izrazito ljubazno. Imali smo sve što smo trebali za ski vikend.

Šalice i pribor za jelo su imali tragove hrane od prethodnih gostiju, malo neugodno no vjerujem da nije do gostiju nego da se za perilicu koriste slabije tablete za pranje.

Super ubytovanie rovno na zjazdovke.

Apartmán , bol presne ako na fotkách, 15m od zjazdovky , čistý , kúrenie fungovalo bez problémov , sauna super , uteráky na izbe pre každého hosťa. Parkovisko 30m od domu . Pri vykladaní a nakladaní batožiny možte prísť autom až k dverám apartmánu. Recepcia je asi 1,5 km od apartmánu na kopci v hornom rezorte , ale našli sme to hneď, na recepcii všetci milí , všetko bolo bez problémov. Možte si objednať pečivo každé ráno cez QR kód. Mini market v hornom rezorte 24/7 . Všetko bolo super.

Vegyes tapasztalatok egy kiváló sípálya rendszer mellett

Tágas, jól felszerelet apartman, a sípálya 100-150 méteren belül megközelíthető.

A recepció nem a szállás alatti hotelben, hanem kb. 4 km-re van. 18:00 érkezés után a kulcsot széfből lehet kivenni, aminek az a hátránya, hogy másnap reggel vissza kell menni bejelentkezni, így az este elfoglalt ideális parkoló megtelik az érkező síelők autóival, azaz csak jóval távolabb lehet újra megállni. Alsó házaknál nem nagy gond, de a felső részen lévő, pl. 3-as házhoz hegyet kell mászni. Szaunás házat kértünk és fizettünk, nem azt kaptunk, nem is tudták megoldani a cserét, aminek a személyes egyeztetése rengeteg időt rabolt el. Minden probléma esetén kocsiba kell ülni, nekünk erre órák mentek el! Az apartmanokhoz tartozó síbox-ot a szobakártya nyitja és zárja, nekünk nem volt zárható, csak behajtható. Egy alkalommal egy másik szoba vendége simán bejött a kártyájával a mi apartmanunkba, amikor jeleztük, azt a választ kaptuk, hogy ez nem lehet.
