Perfect apartment to serve as base to explore Lake Como

Very nice apartment

It was a very nice apartment, nicely decorated and well equipped in a quiet area.

I enjoyed my stay.

Small apartment in the hills of Como with a very good return on value.

The apartment is small, but has most of the things needed for a short stay for two people or a small family. The rooms were very clean, the place is quiet, and the neighbors are very kind and helpful. There is a nice little garden that you can also use. A big plus is the parking space that you can use for free in front of the apartment. The owner of the property Fabrizia is very kind and willing to help if needed.

Although the kitchen has been recently redecorated and has all new appliances, it is not big enough to prepare larger meals and there is not enough usable cookware. So we ate most of our meals in restaurants. The front door could be better soundproofed as we could hear all the noises from the hallway in the apartment.

Petit appart sympa pour une courte durée.

Petit appart sympa et plutôt bien agencé par rapport à l’espace disponible. Cuisine et salle de bain tout en longueur mais fonctionnelles La chambre est grande et confortable. Le lit est vraiment grand et c’est très appréciable. Beaucoup de rangements ce qui est rare. Plusieurs choix de lumières pour la salle de bain. La déco est atypique mais j’aime bien ce choix de couleurs. Ça change et ça fait classe. On apprécie aussi le supermarché à 5min à pieds (mini centre commercial avec notamment un pressing)

J’aurai aimé quelques accessoires de cuisine en plus (épluche légumes, râpe à fromage… ) mais c’est un détail ou une idée à exploiter et non un reproche 😉 Le canapé est le gros point noir de cette location. Honnêtement, il est bon à changer. Très inconfortable et sûrement cassé. Logement en rez de chaussée et l’entrée de l’immeuble raisonne beaucoup. Mais il y a peu de passages après 21h donc c’est gérable.

Kleine saubere Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Terrasse vor dem Haus nutzbar. Die Lage passte für uns, da wir ein Auto hatten.

Uns haben Insektengitter vor den Fenstern gefehlt, da wir viele Mücken in der Wohnung hatten.

דירה גדולה יותר ממה שנראה בתמונה, מאד מטופח ונקי, מיקום מומלץ ביותר למי שרוצה לטייל בהרים של צפון איטליה. 3 דקות נסיעה ברכב מגבול שוויץ! בעלת הדירה נחמדה מאד ורואים את ההשקעה בדירה בפרטים הקטנים, הייתה זמינה וענתה על כל שאלה.

Ottima posizione per visitare il Lago di Como, molto silenzioso. Appartamento accogliente, nuovo, pulito e ben organizzato Letti comodi. Host puntuale, disponibile e molto gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente in primavera. Super consigliato!

El apartamento esta muy limpio y comodo. Todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Mejores instalaciones smart tv, luz, etc. Fabrizia muy atenta y encantadora, te indica todo lo necesario. Se puede aparcar facilmente. Recomiendo 100%
