Overall a really good experience

15 mins by bus from central como. The bus leaves almost at the doorstep, 3 minutes walk from the bus stop. The apartment was really clean with all sorts of amenities. The host had made sure to leave notes for all kinds of info. You could even buy stuff from the apartment which the host had kept for emergencies, like umbrella, luggage locks, washing detergent, rain coats. Equipped with a fully functional kitchen, including an electric oven. The host was very responsive, even offered pickup as there were issues with the trainline.

The room was a bit noisy during the night, especially after 6 am when there is some hustle bustle on the outside. You can hear cars and trash collectors when they come early in the morning but nothing much to complain about.

Brilliant place to stay :)

Brilliant location and aircon in the facility! Our only issue was our third guest found the spare bed a little uncomfortable. But we were grateful for the hot water warnings in the shower and the hosts were so brilliant with their messages :)

Just our other traveller finding the second sofa bed a bit uncomfortable

The area around looks really breathtaking, only by walking there was a fantastic experience. The apartment was large enough with a nice bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with enough supplies.

The public transport’s ETA cannot be expected and not reliable at all.

A great place that we enjoyed and I would definitely recommend it.

Self check in was very easy, host is friendly and helpful. Location is great, there is a public bus stop and supermarket close to it. There is a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.

Washing machine and as a good option

The location is not at all nice. The flat is old. You feel like you live in someone’s flat, not a hotel-type room. Everything is old, rooms are old fashioned with horrible design. Uncomfortable bed, terrible stinky cover to sleep, smelled used many times. No nice views from the rooms. Overpriced for this conditions. I would never stay here again and do not recommend to anyone. It was one night stay and we were happy to run away from there as soon as possible next morning..

Freddissima, abbiamo tenuto attaccato tutta la notte il climatizzatore ma comunque non si è mai scaldata. Il letto era durissimo, le luci posizionate male , l’arredamento vecchio come gli infissi

Gut, Preis Leistung übereinstimmend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Gute erreichbarkeit des Schlüssels, einwandfreier check in.

Der Geruch in der Wohnung, es war ein Konstanzes geruch verteilt wie als ob vorher in der Wohnung gekocht worden ist und nicht gelüftet wurde. Die Klappstühle im Schlafzimmer völlig überflüssig und nicht modern.

Właściciel pomyślał o wszystkim. Oprócz standartowego wyposażenia, np. w łazience i w kuchni pomocne informacje na kartkach typu : gorąca woda; do kupienia w mieszkaniu : pasta do zębów, szczoteczki, parasol, peleryna, wina, piwa,napoje itp . Super pomysł . Film z instrukcją o skrytce z kluczami przysłany na telefon - rewelacja. Dodatkowo dużo informacji w wiadomości na telefon o sklepach w pobliżu, środkach komunikacji .

Super bemühte Gastgeber, die wirklich an alles gedacht haben. Eine Minibar und Schirme zum Erwerb habe ich noch nie in einer FeWo vorgefunden. Genial! Das Bad ist frisch renoviert.

Außerhalb des Badezimmers ist die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein paar moderne Details würden hier schon viel tun.

Ár-érték aránynak megfelelő egy éjszakás szállás.

Egyszerű volt a kulcsátvétel a számkódos kulcstartóból, jó volt a videó róla. Jó felszerelt volt, jó ötlet, hogy voltak italok amiket külön meglehetett venni.

Sok fejtörést okozott a parkolás, nem találtam parkolót a közelben. Kicsit hangos volt a környék, de szerencsére estére lecsendesedett.

Estava tudo impecável. O apartamento tem tudo o que uma pessoa precisa para ter uma estadia confortável. O check in e o check out foram muito fáceis e o proprietário é super simpático e prestável (ainda nos enviou várias dicas sobre sítios e lugares para passear/comer etc). Tem um supermercado fantástico ao lado.

Gostei de tudo. A localização fica a uma caminhada de 35min do centro da cidade, mas também tem um autocarro mesmo ao lado que vos leva até ao centro da cidade. Nós optamos por fazer tudo a pé.

Konforlu ve sıcak bir apartman.

Güler yüzlü ev sahipleri daireye giriş için harika bir video gönderdiler, esprili ve neşeli enerjileri bizlere de yansıdı. Dairenin konumu kolay ulaşılır, park yeri sorunu olmayan, tüm olanaklarıyla ihtiyacımızı karşılayan bir yerdi. Konforlu ve sıcak bir ortamı vardı, hava soğuk olduğu için klima derecesini bile bizi düşünüp önceden yüksek tutan ev sahiplerine minnettarız, küçük çocuğumuz olduğu için bu önemliydi. Yine Como’ya gittiğimizde kesinlikle bu daireyi tercih edeceğiz.

Her şey harikaydı, ev sahiplerine teşekkür ederiz.

Muy cómodo y a dos minutos del centro en coche

La ubicación,estaba cercano a Como ,unos minutos en coche y muy cómodo para hacer las rutas del lago.El piso se encuentra en la altura y desde la cocina ves la montaña. Tiene aire acondicionado en la cocina y en la habitación y eso hace que se encuentre calentito, también tiene estufa eléctrica que simula una chimenea en la habitación y es muy calentita y queda muy bonita.Puedes usar la lavadora por un extra,y eso está muy cómodo por si tienes que lavar algo durante la estancia.El barrio es muy tranquilo,tienes un supermercado a 2 minutos en coche.Puedes aparcar en el sitio sin problema y si no hay lugar,puedes hacerlo en la iglesia que está a unos metros de allí.

A tener en cuenta que si vas muy cargado no te será tan cómodo subir,pues es una finca antigua y no tiene ascensor.Si eso para ti no es un problema, adelante! Porque el piso está muy bien

3 piani di scale non dichiarate dall' host ,senza ascenzore io sono diversamente Abile hanno fatto vedere una sola rampa. la porta si chiude facilmente e le chiavi messe all'interno mettono in crisi se accade qualcosa host non risponde di notte perciò devi chiamare i vigili del fuoco.

Perfecto apartamento

El apartamento estaba muy bien, grande y todo lo que había en el ha sido perfecto. Puedes poner una lavadora incluso. Todo muy bien equipado y muy limpio.

La cama, es muy incómoda con muelles y dura. La televisión está en lo alto y hay una tetera la cual no puedes enchufar en ningún lado porque la toma de corriente no es válida con los enchufes de la casa
