Solo una sugerencia,. Debería cambiar los cubiertos ,los cuchillos no cortan. La ropa de cama sin planchar,parecía usada

Very nice welcome - a bottle of wine and a kind handwritten note. Very good communication with host. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Very close to bus stops and shops, close to the beach. Quiet, safe neighbourhood.

The remotely operated (by phone) entrance to the building and to the apartment is a huge overkill, rather complicating things instead of making them easier. And the door lock is very noisy, too. There was some renovation going on in the patio, but I guess the host could do nothing about it. However, these are very minor things and the overall note would be an easy 10, if not for a surprising and unpleasant incident. When I asked for some additional trash bags (we wanted to behave nicely and segregate our thrash), I received a rather blunt reply that "we provide a small set of items as a courtesy, but any additional supplies should be purchased by the guest". Come on, I was not asking for anything to make our stay more comfortable, just wanted to obey local rules... Also, constant reminding that we are not supposed to damage the apartment equipment nor leave uwashable marks on the towels was really not necessary. These things are more or less obvious for all civilized people and we like to think we belong to them.

Estancia agradable. El apartamento está bastante bien y super cerca de la playa y de la parada de bus.

La forma de acceso al apartamento con la cerradura inteligente es un poco incómoda por el ruido que hace y que siempre tienes que llevar el móvil para abrir. Aún así, no nos dio fallo la aplicación.

En una zona bien comunicada de Cádiz. Muy limpio. Si había cualquier problema la empresa contestaba rápido. Amables.

La cerradura electrónica falló en una ocasión y tuvimos que contactar con la empresa. No nos gustó el sistema de apertura mediante aplicación. La lavadora también falló y no se podía lavar ni sacar la ropa. Despúes de muchas pruebas con la empresa y un buen rato perdido, finalmente la puerta de la lavadora se abrió y pudimos sacar la ropa, pero sin lavar. La empresa respondió rápido.
