Clean, very comfortable, good bed and excellent shower. Kitchen well equipped even if we only used the coffee maker and fridge to have cool drinks. Although apartment itself is not front line the estate has got direct access to the beaches. The underground parking is a very convenient feature
Nothing really not to like. Perhaps some decor is a bit dated but not really to complain about and certainly didn’t bother us in the slightest.

El piso está muy bien, es amplio, luminoso, con vistas al mar, justo enfrente de una maravillosa playa, está completamente equipado y cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, etc. La plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio es un plus. Se puede ir al centro histórico caminando por el paseo al lado del mar, es muy bonito. Fran es un anfitrión estupendo, te informa de todo lo interesante que puedes hacer y sitios donde comer bien. Si vuelvo a Cádiz me alojo ahí sin dudarlo.

La ubicación, el poder dejar el coche en el parking, la comodidad de las camas, el silencio.

Un apartamento muy normal, que para disfrutar de la playa puede ser correcto, pero para visitar Cadiz, está super lejos, más de 2 kilómetros de la Catedral. Me equivoqué al contratarlo.
La distancia a Cadiz, el que tuviera un baño pequeño y sin bidet y que la plaza de parking fuera corta, mi coche que mide 4,66 salía de la plaza, con el consiguiente riesgo de que te lo rozaran. el desplazamiento en taxi a Cadiz para ir y volver muy mal, ya que hay horas punta y momentos, en lo que no hay servicio y tardas lo indecible para poder desplazarte. Por ejemplo, después de cenar o cuando llega el tren de Madrid, todos los taxis desaparecen.
