La ubicación, a una calle de la playa. El apartamento está nuevo y con todo lo necesario. Además la plaza de parking es un plus. La gestión rápida del check in, aún siendo en remoto.
Las obras de al lado pueden llegar a incordiar. A finales de julio y comienzos de agosto los obreros empezaban a las 7am y no son silenciosos. La terraza da literalmente a la obra. Si no te gusta madrugar, tenerlo en cuenta. El precio no es ajustado para las molestias que ocasionan las obras. Las vistas al antiguo cementerio se curan con el mar en el horizonte

El piso estaba bien, pero tiene muchas oportunidades de mejora. La Manilla de la puerta de la alcoba estaba mala y nos quedamos encerrados
El lugar es espantoso, parece muy peligroso, y aun cuando esté a pasos del mar, hay terrenos baldíos que en la noche parecen muy peligrosos.
