The double covered veranda is designed to create three distinct areas: a dining area with a barbecue and a table for 8 people; an outdoor lounge area to enjoy the pool and the ocean view; and an additional separate veranda, furnished with large armchairs—allowing guests at the villa to either gather comfortably together or retreat to one of the many quiet nooks for relaxation and meditation.

FIRST FLOOR—Occupied entirely by the master bedroom, the upper floor features a beautiful private terrace with a stunning panoramic ocean view and sliding glass doors that make this room very bright. It features a comfortable double bed, a separate walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a separate shower that includes a glass niche so you can enjoy the sea view even while relaxing under the large showerhead.

BASEMENT FLOOR – features an utility area with a bathroom equipped with a shower and a washer-dryer.
