The entire estate is for exclusive use: the guest house, seamlessly integrated with the main villa, ensures privacy, comfort, and flexibility for groups of up to eight guests. The interiors, totaling 216 m², feature a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, stovetop, and high-quality finishes. In addition, there are four elegant double bedrooms with private bathrooms (one of which is in the separate annex with a kitchen), two modern fireplaces, and hot/cold air conditioning in every room.

Outside, a spectacular 11-meter pool with a whirlpool, waterfall, and spa area reflects the colors of the sea, while the elegant pergola invites guests to enjoy dinners under the stars, yoga, and social gatherings. The one-hectare grounds feature well-tended Mediterranean gardens, a vegetable garden, medicinal plants, and ancient granite boulders.

The location is secluded yet strategic: just 5 minutes from the most iconic beaches and essential amenities, and a short distance from Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo, famous for its bohemian market.

🐱 The true guardians of the house are the owners’ four cats: Aya, Luma, Silo, and Cybin. For this very reason, we regret that we cannot accommodate other pets: guests staying here must love cats.
