- Clean linens and towels are provided for you to use during your entire stay. Please feel free to use your towels at the beach.
- Full washer and dryer complete with laundry detergent and fabric softener.
- Full kitchen includes all utensils, cups, adult beverage cups, pots and pans, tools, appliances, and a dishwasher.
- Free Coffee is located in the cupboard just above the coffee maker along with mugs.
- Outdoor beverage fridge with a cooler.

We had a great stay at this home. Location is easy to navigate to the beaches from, places to eat are close, the neighborhood is quiet - nothing to complain about. We saw some deer on a couple of evenings. We did misjudge how close we would be to the intercoastal so we were not able to take and vantage of the paddle boards as we had hoped - but that was because we were in a car and had no way to transport them. Overall it was a great experience and I would book again.

Enjoyed staying in nice spacious cottage. Nice area. Daughter loved community pier and fishing gear. Short drive to Holden, Ocean Isle and Sunset beaches. Would definitely stay again.
