Location was excellent, in a neighborhood but still very private and right on the water! Beautiful views, especially in October with some fall colors. We did not have any kiddos with us but if you do, then the house was stocked with tons of toys, bedding and kid-friendly stuff. Locally, we visited a winery and were there when there was live music - bonus! We also went to farmers market and it happened to be the annul Jeep and Big-foot gathering which made it extra fun.
Can't think of anything for our trip. It was perfect. We would have loved an indoor fireplace :) but the firepit was great! If it had been summer I do not think this would be a good place for those who want to swim unless you have a boat and can get out on the bigger part of the lake. In the bay, there is no good access without a boat and so many pelicans means many droppings so...

Home was impeccable. Absolutely beautiful neighbor. Everything you could possibly need was in the house, including a welcome bottle of wine. Randy was quick to answer back if there were any questions. Grocery and restaurants were very close.
