Reibungslose Kommunikation bereits vor der Anreise. Leichter Zugang zum Haus bei der Anreise mit Schlüsselcode. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum. Ruhiges Wohngebiet. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand aber auch zu Fuss in der Stadt. Auch der Golfplatz ist direkt in der Nähe. Wir haben morgens das Frühstück in der Sonne im Garten genossen und das Abendessen beim Sonnenuntergang vor dem Haus. Wir kommen wieder.
2 neue Liegen für den Garten wären gut, die beiden Liegestühle sind schon etwas älter.

We stayed 2 nights with our 2 kids (5 and 7 years old) mid-April and had a good stay. The host was very responsive and reachable for any questions. Close to Villasimius, 5 min walk to the nearest beach, perfect for kids. The rooms and 2 bathrooms are nice. The garden and washing machine are a plus!
Just to inform that there's no table inside (only clic clac table) and we needed to take the outdoor chairs (very lightweight though) inside to sit down.

Host, Simone, fantastico da 10. Abbiamo fatto presente che non c'era modo di riscaldare niente x mancanza del forno e del microonde e dopo 2 giorni ci ha fatto avere un microonde. La parte esterna della villetta veramente bella, ci siamo goduti moltissimo il patio.
Gli ambienti interni sono risultati molto piccoli, la cucina è provvista solo di un frigo poco più grande di un minibar e chi affitta un appartamento/villetta se la vuole godere come una casa ed eventualmente mangiare in casa, fare spesa e fare entrare tutto nel frigo è stata un'impresa
