We loved everything about the house except the steep hill we had to go up and down to get to the beach.
The Hill that we had to go down and then climb back up going to and from the beach was absolutely ridiculous!! I am disabled and it was so hard for me to do that. I had my mother and 2 of her sisters with me and they are elderly. They only went to the beach once that week and it was unacceptable!! We were not "allowed" to use the elevator and when I talked to someone at Pristine about it she said that we were not allowed to use it because of something about insurance reasons. We paid a lot for that house for that week. It just seems like the price we paid would have covered the insurance in order for us to use the elevator. The day we got there it was raining so hard and for my mother and her two sisters to have to lug their luggage up and down the stairs in the pouring rain to get into the house was unacceptable. I called immediately while it was still raining and while everybody was trying to get in the house, to find out what was going on with the elevator and the lady did not call me back until the Monday after I called on Saturday. We had to let the luggage back down all those stairs to get in our vehicles when it came time for us to check out and wouldn't you know it it would be pouring down rain again and I just knew that my mother or one of her sisters were going to fall down those wet steps so he has something needs to be done about that as well. I guess other than that everything was great with the house!!! Well except for seeing the snake outside right inside and I like to have freaked out when they told me but they didn't tell me until the morning we were fixing to leave because they know how I am about snakes.
