The distance from amenities, amusements and restaurants. On a small site so not alot of foot traffic at late hours

The location
Wasn’t clean walked in got hit by cobwebs, the toilet radiator looked like it had poo all over the bottom half way up, fire alarm was open and didn’t have a battery in, sofa was broken my 5 year old sat on it and it fell in had to fix it, abit of the ball was broken
