Közel van a vasút, tömegközlekedéssel közlekedőknek ideális. Kellemes hangulatú, jól felszerelt, tágas és otthonos lakás. Kényelmes a matrac, jól működik a klíma.
Nagy bőröndökkel kicsit kellemetlen lehet a harmadik emeletre felsétálni, de aki hátizsákkal érkezik, nem kell aggódnia :)

parcheggio disponibile e ottima posizione per raggiungere punti nevralgici. Ottima gestione dei proprietari e molto facile sbrigare la burocrazia necessaria. Arredamento semplice ma funzionale e porta blindata
per conformazione e struttura , c'è poca insonorizzazione tra questo appartamento e quello adiacente . Bisogna confidare molto nell'educazione dei soggiornanti dell'appartamento accanto. Nel mio caso alle 7 del mattino hanno messo musica metal ...

L'appartamento è carino e curato
Purtroppo l'insonorizzazione dei locali è veramente scarsa, si sente ogni parola dei vicini. C'è staro poi qualche problema nell'aprire il portoncino esterno, risolto grazie ad una chiamata con il proprietario che si è mostrato disponibile e cordiale. Dettaglio non molto apprezzato ma facilmente sistemabile: mancava il sapone.
