Un appartement très mignon.
Des travaux restent à finir et surtout il manque une climatisation car il fait très chaud. Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas.

L'ambiance y est, studio très cosy , décoré avec goût. Bonne literie, propriétaire arrangeante et généreuse. Le plus surprenant est d'être côté rue et de ne pas entendre un bruit... Reste quelques menus travaux à effectuer pour être parfait ... Un très bon rapport qualité prix...
Pour l'instant manque un brise vue sur les vitres ou des rideaux fins mais je pense qu'ils vont y être bientôt
