L’appartement a une vue exceptionnelle sur le port et l’environnement est très sécurisé. L’accueil des propriétaire est très chaleureux.
L’appartement est malheureusement pas trop insonorisé et c’est plutôt désagréable d’entendre les chaises du dessus glisser sur le plancher. Travaux à repenser également au plus vite (plafond, fils électriques…)

Vue exceptionnelle
Porte laisse passer l’air , chauffage pas suffisant pour la période hivernale et compliqué d’avoir de l’ eau chaude . Habillage du plafond se décolle .
