Logement très bien situé proche de la mer, des commerces, du port... Conforme aux photos...résidence calme, chambre cosy et bon contact avec les propriétaires.

Le personnel a été vite pour répondre à nos questions via le cellulaire. Propre.

Pas de climatisation. L'emplacement a été difficile à trouver, je ne pensais pas me retrouver dans un aussi grand édifice en réservant. Pas de stationnement sur place.

1. Location is excellent, close to the beach and close to the parking 2. building is secure and away from noisy areas ( although you might hear part sounds in night ) 3. The lady who turned up to hand over the keys was accommodating and was willing to do things to make our stay pleasant.

1. This is an apartment sans bedsheets, towels, and air conditioning ( no cooling available till June so it gets pretty warm) . Bed sheets and towels are charged at 10 Euro/per person this is a bummer for me . At this price would have gotten a room in a 4-star property with much better facilities 2. There is no parking on-site, there is a parking location about 100 m away but this is public and not secured, and as is rightly stated in the description is free public covered parking 3. There is no elevator access to the higher floor if you are bringing heavy luggage 4. in spite of being in constant communication with the property over booking.com messaging the property manager was not very easy t o deal with and even at one point asked me to vacate the room when questioned about the air conditioning that is stated in the description ( no cooling only heating ) 5. If you know French i would expect that you will be able to manage over-the-phone negotiation with this property, however for me who did not know French the person did not even make an attempt over the phone, so all communication was via messages on booking.com 6. There is no way this property can accommodate a 4-member family as made out in the description, the sofa bed at max can accommodate a single 12-year-old kid which is kind of full already.
