- Alles Notwendige hat gut funktioniert (Klimaanlage, Wasser/WC/Dusche, Küche, WLAN/TV, Küchengeräte) - Schöner gepflegter Garten unter Pinien - 2 gedeckte Aussensitzplätze - Top Lage (ca. 15 Min zu Fuss bis zum Strand oder zur Bäckerei und Supermarkt) - Freundlicher, unkomplizierter Kontakt durch Agentur bei Übernahme und Abgabe
Ist doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Sanitäranlagen, Fenster, Storen, etc) und es riecht auch nach alt. Aus diesem Grund bewerte ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht besser. Ein Gasgrill würde den schönen Aussenbereich noch zusätzlich aufwerten.
