Appartamento molto carino in pieno centro ad Arezzo! Molto comodo poter parcheggiare a 300 metri dalla struttura a soli 5 euro al giorno

Un pò scomodo dover fare le scale ogni volta che si deve andare in bagno😅 Un consiglio: cambiare la padella antiaderente perché è completamente graffiata🙏

Bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni właściciele. Apartament dwupoziomowy, w pełni wyposażony. Łóżko duże i bardzo wygodne. Lokalizacja fantastyczna, wszędzie blisko. No i cisza i spokój. Można naprawdę odpocząć od zgiełku miasteczka.

Location was the best asset of this place. Set on a quiet section of one of the main central arteries of the historic center, it was an efficient departure point to visit the town. The hosts were communicative and efficient, and showed some flexibility as well upon check-in.

As in many other cases, the photos do not reflect the actual state of the place. The host seems to have two tiny apartments in this old building. The one we were given is located in the back, with a single window that faces an enclosed, tiny courtyard, and upon entering even in the middle of the day we had to turn the light on, as the place is unbelievably dark. The sofa bed was... well, a sofa bed. It wasn't our case, but for those with mobility issues, there are two steep staircases, one from the ground floor to the apartment and one from the main floor to the mezzanine to take into account. It's OK for one night but I wouldn't spend more time here...
