Położenie w centrum ma plusy i minusy - wszędzie blisko ale tez głośno. Dostępność parkingu choć oddalony był od lokalizacji. Szybka reakcja na zgłoszenia.
Jakość lokalu zawiodła. Na zdjęciach pokazano chyba najlepsze pomieszczenia z wszystkich apartamentów ale niestety nie z tego lokalu bo był mniej niż średni. Brakowało ręczników, nie działał junkers ani telewizor. Na schodach spał bezdomny.
