Sam apartament jest bardzo fajny. Jest ładny i elegancki ale ma kilka wad. Meble wydają się stare. Nie ma zmywarki ale jest pralka, szusarka do powieszenia bielizny na tarasie, żelazko, odkurzacz i deska do prasowania. Każda z dwóch sypialni na drzwi przesuwne które można zamknąć. Jest także projektor do wyświetlania filmów ale ma on niską jasność i jest raczej kiepski model.
Minusów jest kilka: 1. Brak klimatyzacji, 2. Strome schody na górę. 3. Odpryski farby którą pomalowano wannę i płytki na ścianach w łazience. 4. Grzyb w rogu wanny.
