Apartamenty na Kazamatach 24 Old Town Wroclaw

Location of accommodation was absolutely near to the centrum of town Wroclaw ( Main square). Parking near the apartment was OK (in the street and in the qarage as well).

Some of the part of the furniture should be changed (for example floor in the living room) Signal of Wifi was insufficient. TV was very small without conection to internet (only Polish programs). Bedclothes were a little bit smelly.

Clean, good place.

There were neighbors that made a lot of noise, not the hosts fault, but when I called, hoping to solve the issue they tell me that the building is rented by more companies so all they can do is call the room that makes noise if I can provide it for them, and if it’s rented out by them, not another company. Which at 2:00 o’clock I wouldn’t do. The reception was not in the building so they can’t physically be there. In short the host was ok, the problem was that solving neighbor problems is beyond their help. So if you have any bad neighbors, prepare to wake up a lot of times in the night. The room is fine.

Easy check-in. Close to the city centre (!!!), nice windows, a lot of space. Nearby there are parking lots, shops, cafes. In general, good option for the short stay. Also, though I would say the the cost could be a bit les, it was a very affordable option in comparison to other we saw for these days.

There were codes provided to all the lockers and intercoms. But the code from the apartment door always said "low battery" so we were kind of afraid that one day we would not get inside. It was very noisy at night — cars, clock bells, people talks. The apartment requires renovation. It looks quite good on photos, bit in reality materials are cheep, there are chips on the corners, some lights do not work, hairdryer was not working. We didn't find wifi code in the apartment so had to write a message to ask for a password (maybe I just didn't find it :))

The apartment was different than the one shown on pictures during booking. The building is fairly new, but the apartment is very run down - the only coat hook was broken. The furniture shows wear and tear. The curtains were in bad shape and didn't blackout the rooms. Some areas in the apartment were dirty, e.g. coffee table, and somebody's dirty t-shirt was left in a sofa's storage box. We got plenty of messages via Booking.com and WhatsApps to check-in online, but there was no link in them, so we needed to go to reception (in another building nearby) to check-in - to get a code! Not even a key. Bad user experience.
