Location was perfect for our trip on the Arthur River Cruise. Next door to a takeaway and shop but not open late. Very peaceful place. Shack had a very well equipped kitchen (husband is a chef and it got his approval). Comfy beds and nice bed linen. Great shower. Heads up for Kiwis - a shack is a bach.

Everything about this cosy property was amazing! It was thoroughly clean, so toasty warm even without us lighting the fire inside. The bed was so comfortable, and the bath outside with the outdoor fire was just the icing on the cake! Wish we had the time to stay longer than the 2 nights just to relax and enjoy the serenity! Just book it, you will not be disappointed!! We will be back!!

We loved the experience of staying in an authentic Tassie shack. The furnishings matched the style of the house and was comfortable and clean. Outdoor areas provided a lovely retreat and extra space. Only a few minutes walk to the Arthur River cruise jetty. Easy check in and Tim very responsive.

Was closer to the road than we realised , but quickly worked out that the Arthur River main road is very quiet, barely any traffic so it did not bother us.
