Nice view.
The walls were very thin we heard constant banging of cupboard doors and doors opening and closing. The tv and set top box was very old.

The location is great and the views are lovely
The place needs maintenance, it looks very neglected. The fan near the stove has not been cleaned in a long time. It's filthy. Accessing kitchen items under benchtops is very difficult. Should have shelves.
