Very clear instructions so as yo make check in and check out easy and seamless. Quick and very responsive customer service - I forgot a few really valuable items in my room as I had already checked out, but easily arranged for these to be returned to me. Am so thankful for this!
Nothing. The apartment is a few blocks away from the main road but I didn't mind the walk.
