Well located and clean

Tesisin konumu ve sunduğu imkanlar güzeldi. En uzak metro 15 dk en yakın metro 7 dk mesafedeydi. Çevrede marketler ve bir çok yeme içme mekanları mevcuttu. Ayrıca tesis sahibi hızlı cevap veriyordu tüm sorulara.

Genel olarak benim tesis değerlendirmemde en önemli detay yataktı. Üzülerek söylüyorum Yatak çok kötüydü. Özellikle bir kaç gün ya da daha uzun kalan insanlar için çok ciddi bir sorun olabilir.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Close to Dotonburi (10 minute walk), but in a peaceful area without all the noise. Restaurants and shops in the area. Metro within walking distance. Also, since the time I booked, the property was in constant contact with me making sure I had all the information for my stay about the property and the area. It is greatly appreciated.

I had stayed here twice before and always had a positive experience, which is exactly why I decided to return. Unfortunately, this time the difference in standards was very noticeable and quite disappointing. The apartment felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. There were stains, traces of mold, greasy surfaces, and an unpleasant smell throughout the accommodation. Even the kitchenware looked very old and worn out. The hairdryer was so clogged with dust that it barely worked and could not even properly dry hair. What I find difficult to understand is not the simplicity or minimal style of the apartment, but the lack of basic cleanliness and functioning essentials. A place can be modest and still feel cared for and hygienic. Sadly, the common areas were also dirty, and for many hours every day there were bags of dirty laundry from other apartments left on the floor right outside our door. I am attaching photos as evidence because this was genuinely surprising compared to my previous stays. It is a real shame to see the quality drop so much, especially because this used to be a place I trusted and was happy to return to.
