The best thing about the property is its location, 15 min walk 15 min walk to Dotonbori, Lawson is a 2 min walk from the front door and the train station is less than a 5 minute walk .The room was spacious, had a balcony with a decent view, room had everything I needed fridge/freezer, TV, washing machine, kitchen space, private bathroom/shower and a place to dry clothes on the balcony.
I extended my stay here and had two separate rooms. The first room I had was not very clean. The bed sheets had brown stains and the fridge had what appeared to be mold growing on the top compartment. The TV was also positioned away from my bed which made watching TV at night feel a bit awkward but wasn’t really a problem for me. My second room was the complete opposite, it was clean and the TV was positioned at the end of my bed
