Noice from outside in the night because of the fantastic location

A great stay in the heart of the old city of Prague. The facilities are great and it is very clean. Comfortable beds.

Since you’re in the heart of the party life, expect to be a little bit noisy at night.

I loved how even technicalities worked without a hitch (coffee machine in the kitchen, offer of free food, chips to get in the building and into one's room. I loved staff's friendliness and flexibility: seeing I wasn't young anymore, offering the lower berth of the bunk bed. I also loved the balance of a women-only place: not overly feminist and men-hating but celebrating feminine creativity.

1 BUSY SURROUNDINGS. The noise from the restaurant below with both inside and outside seating keeps one awake on a hot night (in June) until cca 3a.m. However, the fantastic central position richly outweighs the inconvenience. Advice: use earplugs which are provided, go out for the night yourself and/or tire yourself out so you doze off regardless. 2 RESPECT ON BOTH SIDES, PLEASE! The place is kept spotless by cca 3 Ukrainian (?) female cleaners. I think they should say "hello" back to customers rather than ignore them, discussing private stuff loudly between themselves and on the phone. With all due respect for their difficult situations as migrants, if I were the manager I'd ask them to behave as equals and show respect for the clients by not embarrassing them sharing private info.

Super good! The whole hostel is very clean with good vibe. It located in the town centre and only 2min walking from the clock. Very convenient!

The bars and restaurants are a bit noisy in the evening. Make sure you don't mind it. (I think they run till midnight) But ear plugs are provided in the hostel :)
