Re what I did I like. There is not enough space in this section to describe the unique atmosphere at this place. The ramp ocean is 70 meters away from the doorstep. Hence, you can enjoy sun lights rom dawn to dusk with the gorgeous panoramic view o the neighbor island of Moorea. You can also see the great ocean trophy Mahi Mahi that the host family catches behind lagoon reefs. Re lagoon. After seeing the magnificent range of ocean colors in the lagoon, you will never be satisfied with the colors that might be generated by 24bit of your photoshop. Re meals. The breakfast was not in the booking. However, the host served me with complimentary tropical fruits selection and local style curry. Also , there is a supermarket in 15 min walking distance.

Man hat alles was man braucht & es ist sehr sauber & gemütlich! Für mich bei meiner ganzen Französisch Polynesien Reise die beste Unterkunft :) Es ist auch gut gelegen, man erreicht in 1 min das Meer und auch Supermarkt & Restaurants sind zu Fuß innerhalb 10-15 min erreichbar! Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich & Mega zuvorkommend, habe ich wirklich sehr geschätzt!

L'accueil des hôtes. l'appartement est privatif et très cosy. Parfait pour un long séjour.

The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. He picked us up from the airport and drove us to the accommodation, which was a great start to our stay in Tahiti. We also had some very pleasant conversations with him, as he lives next door, and he later kindly drove us to the ferry terminal for our trip to Moorea. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had a really nice atmosphere. It is cleverly made from two converted containers, which I only noticed because of the dimensions – the design works surprisingly well. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The beach is nearby, and early in the morning we even saw sharks in the water, which was a memorable experience. There is also a U Express within walking distance, which is very convenient for groceries. We walked from the accommodation to the museum as well; it is a little far on foot, but definitely possible. Overall, this was a very pleasant first experience after arriving in Tahiti. The friendly owner, airport pickup, cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere made us feel very welcome. And there is also a lovely dog!

Only a very minor issue: sometimes after flushing, the toilet continued running and making a trickling sound. Pressing the button again usually stopped it, but otherwise quite a lot of water could be wasted. It would probably be worth checking the mechanism. Apart from this small maintenance issue, we had a very pleasant stay.
