Sunset studio with garden

La vue mer. La proximité du supermarché. Le wifi marche très bien. Parking sécurisé.

L'appartement est confortable mais aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement.

Unreal sunset view, wonderfully close amenities, extremely spacious, all the inner essentials. Feels extremely private and intimate. This would be a 9 if not for the host's lack of customer service. I deeply appreciated the early 1pm checkin but it cannot make up for other issues.

The host threatened to release my booking to another guest if they didn't receive payment the day before (I booked the night before that). However, it was a nonrefundable reservation through Booking.com - their payment was guaranteed with a full price cancelation. I paid immediately (and always intended to) but implying they would release my reservation to another guest is both an unwelcome form of intimidation and bad business given the nature of the reservation. Additionally, all information on the unit was delivered piece meal. There is no document or message that is sent initially that includes gate code, Wifi password, lockbox combination, amenity locations, what each key does, etc. Be prepared to request all of this. If this were provided, it could make this a really special property. Lastly, the mattress is far too hard and should be replaced.
