Ocean front private unit

La ubicación es ideal. Es un piso 32, las vistas son muy top, y el piso es muy bonito y la decoración genial y las camas bien.

Le hace falta bastante mantenimiento, sobre todo a la cocina donde habían muebles que prácticamente se descolgaban las puertas. Dejaron un espejo roto en el comedor y el menaje de la cocina era bastante justo. Y a nivel del personal, yo puedo entender que tengan como forma de trabajar el enviar la dirección la noche de antes, pero si vas de fuera, quizá la necesitas antes para organizarte. Y si la persona que alquiló el apartamento te está preguntando, lo mínimo creo que es responder. Aparte de esto, toda la estancia ha ido muy bien.

Awesome location, right next to the miami city center and the Brickell Loop which pretty much can take you anywhere in downtown or brickell. Pool was nice, parking was free-ish ($52 per stay not included in price), and service was awesome. Arrival was very easy to get in and to set everything up. Will say that for the price is a good stay in the brickell area but not for families, you will ve right next to nightclubs and nightlife so maybe not the best for kids.

Poor cleanning, the celing fan was full of dust, hairs in the bathroom, a broken mirror in the living room and floors were slightly broken and dirty under the beds. Be aware that they charge a $52 facilities fee that is not included in the booking price. Lastly while you may not need to drive, the parking is a nightmare. Is very narrow and is on the 10th floor so is a bunch of loops and very prone to scratch your car if a rental. So be mindful of that, but in brickell is best not to drive much.
