Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access ( Please note that it only works with US numbers). Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).
• Washcloths are not provided.
• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.
• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.
⚠️ Potential for noise
Please take note you may hear occasional construction noise during the day. This is normal in an area undergoing rapid urban development and will not affect your stay at night. Recommendation: If you are sensitive to noise, we suggest bringing earplugs.

Booked this location based on vicinity to family, water, and activities. The complex checked all the boxes. The unit was very spacious and had a majority of the bare essentials e.g., kitchen items, linens, towels. The swimming pools (2 in total on the 14th floor) and a hot tub were great, the water was a bit cold, definitely not a heated pool but it is Miami. Ample seating area and a food bar, albeit we did not order anything nice bonus. Many amenities near by CVS, Restaurants, Bars with great happy hours (La Alma), all within walking distance. The Brickell Mall is very close, 10 mins walking distant but tons of options for shopping and food and people watching. My wife and I stayed for 11 days in total, working 1/2 days and then enjoying each others company and meeting up with family for the 2nd part of the day. Things I would like to share and see improved by the host are better dining room table, it was a bit dated and was missing one chair to complete a set of chairs. Dressers or shelves, as my wife and I stayed for 11 days we needed to live out of suitcases, this may affect everyone but I wanted to share. Furniture, the love seat that was marketed as another area to sleep needed to be replaced as it was not functioning.Lastly the patio furniture (AWESOME PATIO by the way) has some nice furniture more along the lines of ratan. albeit was nice it was not very accommodating for people in their 50's. We would stay here again.
