Great location, poor host communication and maintenance
Great location, especially with parking.
The power in the stairwell was out for our entire stay, meaning the lifts didn't work, no stairwell lights (apartment is on the third floor - completely pitch black at night and had dark areas in the day, pictured) and the door intercom didn't function, so couldn't let in another guest without going back down. Mentioned this on the first (weekday) morning on here and by email to ask them to resolve with building management, had an email acknowledgment two days later but not resolved. The provided key to get from the car park to a lift and internal stair didn't work, and the key code to get from the stairs back to the car park didn't work, meaning we had to walk via the car ramp. Also no new code provided after mentioning by email. Plates, glasses and chopping board all put away dirty, presumably but previous guests but not checked or remedied when the apartment was serviced between groups (no dishwasher either, which would help here). Dirty bathroom cabinet, hair stuck to the tiles by the shower, and hair in the drain. Fan in the oven doesn't work. The LED lights on the living area have 6 out of 12 bulbs installed. No battery in the kitchen wall clock.

Good break away and very local to a varied amount of restaurants, facilities and entertainment.
It was in a fabulous location. Good communication and clear instructions given. Parking available which was extremely useful. Generally warm. Good value for money.
Needs a little TLC. Could do with a few more bits of equipment. Would be a bit cramped for 6 adults.
