Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία. Υπάρχει διαθέσιμη θέση παρκινγκ, η οποία αν και αρκετά στενή για μεγάλο αμάξι, εξυπηρετεί. Το σπίτι είναι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, είναι φωτεινό, άνετο και φιλικό προς τα μικρά παιδιά, υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα κάποια παιχνίδια, ακόμα και βρεφικό πάρκο στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Η κουζίνα είναι καλά εξοπλισμένη, διαθέτει ηλεκτρικές συσκευές όπως βραστήρας, πολυκόφτης, καφετιέρα γαλλικού καφέ, μιξεράκι χειρός για καφέ. Υπάρχει γκαζάκι, μπρίκι και φυσικά καφέδες, ζάχαρη και τσαι. Όλα αυτά έκαναν τη διαμονή ευχάριστη.
Τα χερούλια στις εσωτερικές πόρτες χρειάζονται επισκευή, φεύγουν εύκολα από τη θέση τους. Επίσης, θα ήταν βολικό να υπάρχουν σίτες στα παράθυρα, ιδίως για το καλοκαίρι.
