The view, location and size of the house.
The price for the location was high compared to the prices of similar homes in that area.

The location is terrific - close to the beach, a store, the park playground & a pub.
The lock & unlock procedures were very difficult & did not work at all at times, causing us a frustrating hour of working out alternatives with the manager. Some of the furniture was very dated & the outside table & door were rusted through.

Location is excellent. House is spacious and lots of room for kids to run around.
But some minor repairs were needed such as missing handle in the downstairs tub. While the house is generally clean but the certain area such as the master shower has hair and used soap with scum still on the shower soap latch being missed by the cleaning staff.
