Very straight forward to get into the property. Helpful hosts when I asked for an extra pillow. I also locked myself out and someone was there within 30 minutes
Very limited amenities. There was 1 bottle of water on arrival, salt and pepper. That was it. No oven glove and the one dish towel provided was very thin so made using the oven tricky. Noise this time in the building with other guests ruined the stay. Always shouting, footsteps above, furniture being dragged on the floors.

It was modern and spotlessly clean, very comfortable with new appliances and furniture.
The staff interaction is corporate, computerized and impersonal. WiFi was too weak to use at times.
