It was modern and spotlessly clean, very comfortable with new appliances and furniture.
The staff interaction is corporate, computerized and impersonal. WiFi was too weak to use at times.

The location is in a select and very quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. To my great surprise upon arrival it was also ozonized. Very good quality appliances, silent AC in each room. The strong point of the apartment is the large balcony. The hosts respond very quickly to any request and are extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Clear instructions and very easy to use
Lack of amenities. Only 4 or 5 coat hangers for 2 people for a week. We went and bought more. No additional towels so had to use the same towel all week. Only 1 washing tablet for washing clothes/towels. Only one extra bin liner. The bin is small so had to buy more bags
