Annoyingly, the property management company has repeatedly attempted—in writing, by phone, and in person—to obtain permission to enter the apartment in order to carry out various repair and installation tasks that are not necessary for my stay (e.g., replacing a missing lampshade, installing fiber-optic cables). I expect this work to be completed in full before a unit is rented out, and I do not want to be constantly disturbed during my stay.

A new, modern and clean apartment, with underground parking and two balconies. You can't ask for more. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
The internet is useless, so if you plan to work remotely it's not the most suited place. It didn't affect us very much because we were on holiday, but it was a bit annoying.

Good, clean and comfy place to stay, with pretty much anything one could ask for a few days stay. View and balcony space was a welcome surprise.
Underground car park was a bit busy and tight for space (as indeed described by the property) so street is much easier.

very good location close to south athens, and the coastal riviera. supermarket around the corner and metro station only 10 mins walk.
it was our 5 th stay in this building with the same host, unfortuntely the cleanliness was worse from booking to booking.
