South Metro Loft

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar unos días en Atenas. Está a 5 minutos del metro que te conecta directamente con el centro de la ciudad. El encargado era muy servicial.

Loved how modern the loft was. The apartment was spotless and the bathroom was equally clean. Water pressure was perfect. I particularly like that there were two televisions. One large screen downstairs and another smaller screen in the loft. Both TVs include access to all main streaming services. Just make sure to use your own accounts. The internet is also Fast. I felt safe considering it has a reinforced security door. Quiet air-conditioner. And all the basic amenities that make staying self-sufficient. Includes Nespresso coffee machine. Washing machine and dryer included. I particularly like the fact the private parking. The host is very hospitable, very welcoming and available for any needs.

Unfortunately, the busy avenue and traffic made it somewhat noisy, especially at night. If you are a light sleeper that may be somewhat of a concern. However, the property does a good job at isolating a substantial amount of noise. Extra bonus: earplugs provided by the property owner. Small note for any elderly people or physically challenged: to get to the bed in the loft one needs to go up and down a spiral staircase. This can be a challenge for any nocturnal visits to the toilet. But it’s all quite manageable.

A very nice and comfortable flat, equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It’s relatively close to Glifada beach. It has a parking space. The traffic is quite noisy. But this is Athens, so you have to expect that. A great base for trips to the coast, Piraeus or Cape Sounion.
