The location was perfect, the area was safe and clean and nearby the city center ( 10-15 mins walk). The staff was friendly and they helped us with renting the car. They even recommended us a beach with blue flag (the beach was very clean)

Our stay at Epavli Grace Hotel in Chania was truly delightful. The location is ideal — close enough to the city center to reach it easily on foot, yet just far enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle. The rooms are beautifully designed, combining modern style with a warm and welcoming feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We were especially touched when they arranged a new baby bath for us upon request, even though they didn’t have one available — a gesture that perfectly reflects their genuine hospitality.
