    A lovely hotel, very hospitable staff, 24/7 reception desk which made check in very easy after our flight was delayed until very late. A lovely welcome card and gift or local alcohol and Greek delight, so lovely! Perfectly clean rooms, VERY CHEAP minibar - 50cent for 500ml of water, only €2.50 for fizzy drinks and €3 for Greek chocolate in the minibar. Towels and bedding changed daily if preferred, extra towels supplied for beach. Very quiet and a short 8minute walk to the main Chania old town/centre, 20 minutes to Nea Chora beach which is perfect for all ages, crystal blue waters, plenty of sun bed options, cafes and shops by the beach. Underground parking available at hotel if hiring a car. Great shower, only thing that could be improved is firmed pillows but that’s it! Highly recommend. Far enough away from the noise of the main centre but close enough to walk to daily. A great kiosk directly outside on the left selling 1L water for €1, crisps, fizzy drinks, alcohol etc. Lots of bakeries and gorgeous shops along the road directly outside. Restaurants in centre are open late so you can get food anytime if you land late! Perfect hotel to feel safe, relaxed and welcome. Nothing was a problem if I asked for anything, cleaners and all staff are super friendly and professional.

    The location was perfect , making it easy to get around and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. There is underground parking. Breakfast was included and it’s a full buffet exceptional. Overall good value for money- I would recommend it in a heartbeat

    spacious room. We had a balcony. Walking distance to the old town. We stayed during orthodox Easter and staff surprised us with some traditional Easter patisserie and goodie. Lovely and attentive staff. Bathroom amenities and the different shower head, awesome
