Spacious, comfortable, modern facilities, very good location, quiet. Friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Quick turnaround in answers to enquiries 7 days a week. The staff were happy to provide us with standard rectangular, non-German pillows on request, which were welcome as we find the square German pillows quite uncomfortable.
Wooden floors without rugs were noisy both in our apartment and the one above, when people moved around. Could have had a few more basic cooking utensils and have advised Carlotta directly about these. Also a dish rack for those of us who don't use the dishwasher! The thick doonas were too hot and lighter bed covers stored in the cupboards would have been appreciated as alternatives.

Sehr zentrale Lage in Charlottenburg.
