Location was great - nice neighborhood and very easy access to U and S bahn. Beds where really good - shower as well.
It is a non smoking apartment - but it was clear that someone smoked in the past. So needed to keep windows open to ventilate. Also the couch and oven (makes a lot of noise) should be replaced.

位置不错，300米就是U-bahn。REWE也在300米左右。交通便利。
房间清洁，整体面积稍小。设施齐全但稍显陈旧。
有个阳台，非常棒。
厨房设施需要更新。洗碗机工作结果不良。

Понравилось расположение, наличие настольных игр в квартире,дополнительные спальные места
Слабое освещение в кухне, из косметики только мыло жидкое, морозилка в холодильнике сломана и переморожена,невозможно пользоваться. Уборка за 125€ себя не оправдывает, остатки есть грязи в духовке, противне,холодильнике.
На фото квартира выглядит лучше и свежее )пора обновить ремонт

Relatively cleaned and not messy if you don’t look into details.
5/10 overall.
The floor was strangely dusty though, had to wash it ourselves.
Toilet smells from a sewage and when you take a shower all the water makes it’s way onto the floor making all wet.
The elevator didn’t work the whole time and no one came in to fix it.
Sofas in the apartment were all full of stains probably from previous years.
The money that was paid for the stay doesn’t correlate with the conditions provided by the business.
