Our lovingly furnished and fully equipped apartment offers the ideal starting point for your stay. Sleep comfortably in a high-quality box spring bed in a central location in Berlin not far from Charlottenburg Palace. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us.
The charming accommodation consists of 2 rooms with a bathroom. It is approx. 60 square meters, has a ceiling height of 3.80 meters and is decorated with stucco on the ceiling.
You will sleep on high-quality box spring beds and sofa beds from Möbel Hübner.
To work you will find a small office space with small office equipment (monitor, printer, punch, stapler ...) and of course high-speed WiFi. One of the numerous MagentaTV channels on the swiveling TV is sure to inspire you to relax.
Other amenities of the accommodation include the electric shoe shine machine, the electric shirt / blouse and trouser press, fans, sewing kit, iron, washing machine, detergent, dryer, city maps, information material etc.
For the "little guests" we are happy to provide a buggy, travel cot, high chair and children's toys. If you also need a changing mat, baby bath or a baby phone, please let us know in advance.
Your kitchen is fully equipped ... u. a with pots, pans, champagne and wine glasses, dishwasher, etc. ... everything you need for a short or long stay in our accommodation ... but also with a smoothie maker and 2 coffee machines (filter & pad / Tassimo) and a multitude of little things and extras.
In addition to shampoo and towels, a hairdryer is also available in the bathroom for showering.
Various information material such as city magazines, city maps and restaurant tips are available for daily planning.

The neighborhood:
The district of Charlottenburg impresses with its cozy and historical appearance. The apartment is located not far from the Spree, Charlottenburg Palace and the extensive palace park with adjacent museums. Here you can go for a jog, stroll or enjoy a coffee in the orangery. At Charlottenburg Palace there are numerous cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlors as well as the old-established brewery Lemke.
Various boat tours on the many rivers in Berlin start at the palace bridge.
Daily necessities can be found in a few minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket (EDEKA), for example, is approx. 250 meters away. A bakery, pharmacy or a medical center follow.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer our own parking lot, but in the entire area around the apartment - as well as in front of the front door - parking on the roadside is completely free of charge and safe. We recommend leaving the car at the apartment during your stay and heading to the sights using public transport. Berlin's public transport is very well developed. All sights are usually easy to reach in 10 to 20 minutes.

Schöne Wohnung in Charlottenburg. An Sich tolle ruhige Lage, Wohnung allerdings sehr hellhörig, von Außen, wie auch hausintern.
Parkplätze vorm Haus vorhanden, aber rar, da einfach zuviel Nachfrage, wie in jeder Großstadt.
Ansonsten alles gut ausgestattet, netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Alles unkompliziert.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, gute Lage , gut angebunden an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr! Für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet, falls mit vier oder mehr Personen belegt, wäre eine großzügigere Ausstattung mit Geschirr zu empfehlen. Wir haben dies zu zweit nicht wirklich vermisst, dann musste die vorhandene Spülmaschine eben schon mal häufiger
angestellt werden.
Zusammenfassend ist die Ferienwohnung zu empfehlen! Wir waren zufrieden und können uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt hier gut vorstellen!
