Our lovingly furnished and fully equipped apartment offers the ideal starting point for your stay in Berlin. Sleep absolutely quietly and comfortably in high-quality box spring beds, a practical bunk bed for children and adults and also on a comfortable sofa bed. Centrally located on the famous Kudamm and within walking distance of the Gedächtniskirche and the Kadewe and still in a very quiet side street. Cleanliness and hygiene are a matter of course for us.
In just a few stations you can also reach the other sights in Berlin such as. B. the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charly / Friedrichstrasse, the remarkable Eastside Gallery and Museum Island / Unter den Linden.
Safe parking in the entire area of the apartment. Free Wifi / WLAN with 100 M / bits and HD TV (nat.+ intern.) on swiveling 42 "flat screen TV.
The 75 m² apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (each for max. 2 people and private bathroom) with 2 king-size box spring beds and 1 bunk bed.
In the living area you can also have a high-quality bedroom for 2 people. be used.
The 3 modern bathrooms each have a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and other extras. Of course we provide you with soap, shampoo and towels.
The open and fully equipped kitchen (e.g. Dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, large fridge & freezer combination, oven, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and a variety of small items and extras such as an ironing board, iron, etc.) with ceramic hob and baking options as well as Dining area with bench invites you to breakfast or dinner together.
There is also an utility room with a washing machine / dryer and on request we are happy to provide a children's travel bed (60x 120 cm) and high chair or children's bed for a perfect family stay.
For your daily planning you will find various information material, as well as large and small city maps. In addition to sights, we have highlighted special tips for you in the immediate vicinity.
For motorists: Parking your car in front of the front door and in all surrounding streets is possible and subject to charges (public parking area on the roadside).
We look forward to your arrival from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartment is at your disposal until 10 a.m. If necessary and subject to availability and agreement, we can also offer a late departure.

This is a cute place in a good location with easy access to shopping and trains. It has 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom. The showers are very small, but this part of the Europe charm. It has great space in the kitchen and living are for a European apartment. It has a great vibe and appreciate all they did to remodel this place. The instructions were great and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend this for any stay in Berlin.

The apartment was super convenient for us. We came as 3 colleagues, to visit a conference, and we all had our own bedroom + bathroom. Besides, we could enjoy our evenings together in the sitting area and do some work at the table in the dining area. Coffee and tea were provided in the kitchen, which was nice. Location was great, near Kurfurstendam. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really nice, clean apartment in the heart of Berlin. It’s small, and exits onto the street, but it is safe and as described. Getting in was self-service and easy (though the lock was a bit tricky the first time). Recommended.
