Very centrally located, and character building. Nice room.
No human contact while I was there by owner - everything was by text. Poor wifi connection. No concierge for assistance when needed.

Clean and easy to access , was straight forward instruction to be located. Useful WhatsApp services.
The shower water unable to drained easily but once water stop is drained fully. Found some ants around the place.

jonker street within walking distance. Room with coffee, milo and instant noodle but no sugar and creamer. Kettle and 4 cups to share 1 tea spoon.
Noisy. can easily hear next door toilet flush, upstair people walking and children jumping. No scenery view, event next to riverside.
