We had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality holiday by the sea. The estate is set on an impressive 5,500-square-meter property surrounded by beautiful olive trees, including one that is over 400 years old, creating a truly unique and relaxing atmosphere. One of the things we appreciated most was that the duplex is shared with the owners. For us, this was a major advantage, as it ensured a quiet, respectful environment without noisy parties—exactly what we were looking for as a family. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is outstanding, with the beach just 50 meters away, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted. The owners were welcoming, discreet, and always available if needed, while still giving us complete privacy. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting with excellent amenities and an unbeatable beach location, this property is an outstanding choice. We would gladly return.

The property have a perfect location at 1 minute to the beach, a beautiful landscaped yard with sun-beds and a special view to the sea. The property accommodates two houses as a duplex, the main level being an open sleeping space, a small bathroom with an usual shower cabin and an open basic equipped kitchen. Is an interesting house and the second level is in fact a basement level with two single beds and a sleeping sofa. A barbecue area is ready to be used.

Nothing. If I may I will add only simple remarks: it is extremely interesting to sleep with the door open to fall asleep with sounds of crickets. During the nights the garden watering installation starts working.
