The property have a perfect location at 1 minute to the beach, a beautiful landscaped yard with sun-beds and a special view to the sea. The property accommodates two houses as a duplex, the main level being an open sleeping space, a small bathroom with an usual shower cabin and an open basic equipped kitchen. Is an interesting house and the second level is in fact a basement level with two single beds and a sleeping sofa.
A barbecue area is ready to be used.
Nothing. If I may I will add only simple remarks: it is extremely interesting to sleep with the door open to fall asleep with sounds of crickets. During the nights the garden watering installation starts working.

Perfect house, they have everything👍🏻👌🏼
sprinklers that work at night, so you don't have pressure to shower after 22:00, but since we are the first guests, I don't think there will be any problems in the future, everything else is perfect 👌🏼👍🏻
