--- ## A Perfect Getaway: Beautiful House in a Pristine Complex ---

The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you might need. There are mosquito nets everywhere, as well as air conditioning in every room and on the ground floor. It looks exactly like in the pictures. There's a beautiful yard in front of the house and the entire complex is wonderful. It's excellent for families with children or anyone who doesn't like crowds. The entire complex, including the beach, is regularly maintained and looks incredible.

I really enjoy my vacation on this properly with my family. I liked a lot of greenery and trees and a lot of space in the yard for the children to play. The beach is nice and sandy and has its own umbrellas that you can use and most importantly for me, it is not very crowded on the beach. All recommendations for this accommodation and the beach.

Ideal stay for a calm week with the family at the beach. Highly recommended!

The property exceeded our expectations. We got a unit right by the beach, with parking available right next to it. The beachfront was clean, with free umbrellas and showers, and sunbeds available at the property. The property is a two storey building, with large living room, kitchen and a small toilet downstairs and large bedrooms and bad upstairs. AC unit is installed between the bedrooms upstairs which works ok, it's not noisy either. The unit is well stocked with various utilities, including washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, panini grill and so on, so it's very comfortable to use. Host was available but not intrusive.

AC could reach better in the large bedroom, but we solved it by installing a bedsheet in front of the stairs, to keep the cool air on the 2nd floor. Earplugs are recommended because of noisy grasshoppers :)

If you have small kids - this is the right place to have a rest together with them.

It is excellent location for families with small kids. No dangerous traffic, no crowded beach, shallow beach, wonderful house equipped fully with all possible necessary facilities. Can not find a single remark.

A bit noisy in the nights due to bigger kids staying awake. But this was only for the weekends.

Superb family beach holiday

The beach is excellent, with a long shallow end ideal for children. The host lives nearby and is always available. Everything was clean and the house is big. The neighborhood is beautiful and mostly quiet.

The only downside to this location is its relative isolation from markets, restaurants, etc. One needs to drive to get any kind of supplies, and the options for prepared food are limited. A walking-distance mini market for basics opens in July and August.

One word: Great!

Nice location and house. Great for families with kids. Near by the beach. Very warm hospitality by house owner! Small shop nearby. Bigger supermarkets available in area and reachable in few min. by car. Great restaurants can be found as well (we enjoyed a lot Anemomilos at Gerakini and Mikiverna restaurant)

Little drawback is the loudness coming from bunches of playing kids around the houses even beyond the allowed times (especially during normal sleeping hours). Times, which are mentioned on all these signs scattered everywhere on the territory...
