Exceptional

1. Location - the beach is 5-7 min walk. The restaurants too. Nothing to obstruct the sea view from the terrace, although the house is not directly on the beach. 2. The interior - very nice equipped house with individual touch. Kitchen in excellent condition, equipped with everything you need for 4 persons. Coffee machine (dolce gusto nespresso capsules). Great variety of kitchen utensils. Kitchen is very clean. 3. Parking in front of the house. 4. It is a complex of stone houses, so your friends will be close. 5. Nice terrace with unobstructed sea view for morning coffee. 6. Two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) are doing fine job. 7. Very nice host, no problems with communication. 8. Nice quiet area, but close to everything - supermarkt, grocery store, bakery, even local shop for bio products

Not that we did not like, but just for clarification and points of improvement: 1. It is not a separate (detached) house, but a apartment (maisonette) on the second and third floor of a three storey house with separate entrance, but no private yard or garden. So you have neighbours on the ground floor. 2. One or the bathrooms can use a bath curtain (so rare in Greece in general :))

The apartment is very large, it easily accommodated a family of five. Very clean and well equipped, excellent Wifi. The apartment is very well soundproofed, you can not hear any noise when someone lives upstairs. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful, very close to the beach. The owners of the apartment are wonderful and will help in any matter.

Ideal place for those who like quiet holiday and the peace of wild beach.

The location is very convenient: close to the developed and undeveloped beaches, grocery store and tavernas. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet (according to the Greek lifestyle). From Psakoudia you can easily reach spots on Sithonia and Cassandra peninsulas, car rental can be arranged directly from the car rental offices in the village. The host takes good care of your stay, small fixtures were done without any delay.

The sound insulation in the house allows you to be a part of the life of the family upstairs (the house announced in the confirmation is actually an apartment in the two-storey house). The kitchen equipment could be bit reacher: more plates, glasses, cooking utensils. The furniture placement is bit questionable: why the wardrobe needs to be placed in the room where its doors could be barely open?

Great place to stay between Kassandra and Sithonia

Very kind hosts, early check-in was possible, some thoughtful gifts, the place was very tidy, the kitchen had all the most necessary equipment.

Everything was perfect! You can visit both Kassandra and Sinthora, but you have to drive for quite some time to visit either places.

da wär vielleicht mehr drin gewesen

Ein sehr nettes Familienmitglied hat uns abends nach Ankunft noch die Heizung repariert. Schöner Blick vom Balkon.

Es wirkte ein wenig so, als hätte man unsere Ankunft vergessen, mehrere Anfragen zur Ankunftszeit und zum Checkin blieben unbeantwortet. Als wir bei der Vermieterin anriefen, wirkte die leicht genervt. Die erste Nachricht, die wir anschließend bekamen, war nicht der Code zum Schlüsselsafe, sondern eine Ermahnung, der Checkin sei aber offiziell erst in einer halben Stunde. Genau das hatten wir mehrfach erfragt und keine Antwort bekommen. Es war auch etwas unklar, warum wir noch eine halbe Stunde vor dem leerstehenden Haus hätten warten sollen. Innen war es im Oktober zunächst sehr kalt, die Heizung war kaputt. Repariert wurde es am Abend, jemand von der Familie musste dafür aus Thessaloniki anreisen. Das Doppelbett oben hat eine sehr durchgelegene, wacklige Matratze, man bewegt sich besser nicht, wenn man den Partner nicht aufwecken will. Die einzige Bettdecke war dünn und schwer wie ein Kettenhemd und wärmte auch nicht. Schlecht für die Jahreszeit. Alles in allem ein etwas enttäuschender Aufenthalt.
